Factors related to Psychological Well-Being in Occupational Contexts (on-going)

Researchers: Alexandre Barroso, Ana Belchior, Ana Fialho, Carla Manuelito, Catarina Mourinho, Patrícia Boiças (LsC).

 

Main Goals: To assess risk (stress; work satisfaction; coping) and protective factors (resilience; social support; coping) related to emotional problems (anxiety and depression, compassion fatigue, burnout) and well-being in occupational contexts.

 

Sample: 500 active adults (including active participants from general population, and specific risk professions: volunteers, security forces, and firemen), both genders, aged from 18 to 65 years old.
